At OneToLast, all items are made-to-order. Each time you place an order, we print the item(s) specifically for you, ensuring the highest quality with every single piece.

Production and Sourcing

We print some of our products in-house at our US facilities, while also sourcing from global suppliers to provide a diverse range of merchandise. We partner only with vendors who meet our stringent quality control standards.

Shipping Carriers

Shipping carriers used include USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services.

Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.

Estimate Time Of Arrival

We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding Post Office holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Delivery Time & Shipping Fee

Delivery times depend on your location. While we collaborate with our logistics partners to provide accurate estimates, these times are not guaranteed. Delays that occur once your order is in transit are beyond our control. Typically, orders within the continental United States arrive within 4-9 business days, while international orders may take up to 21 business days. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment to monitor your order’s progress.

  1. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST will be processed on the next business day.
  2. Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
  3. Once your order is ready to ship, we’ll send a tracking link to your email so you can monitor your package’s journey. If you don’t see the tracking link, please check your spam folder.
  4. For personalized orders or those requiring modifications, please allow additional time for our designer to complete the customization. The design time will vary based on the complexity of your request.
  5. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands or Internationally.
  6. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive email notifications and can log in to our website for real-time tracking. If your order is sent in multiple parcels, you will receive separate emails and tracking numbers for each.

Please allow 3-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If no tracking information is available, it means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Tracking details will appear once the parcel is scanned.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please provide the correct address at checkout because:

  • Incorrect or missing information may require us to contact you for updates, delaying your order.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender. Returned orders will be sent to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of. Verify your shipping address before contacting customer support.
  • Are-shipping fee will apply to orders returned due to an incorrect address.
  • If you request a carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it has left our warehouse, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur.
